Halloumi Skewers, the perfect bbq recipe!

Hello! Thanks for checking out this Halloumi Skewer/ Halloumi Kebab recipe. Every time I plan a bbq, I always get the same question, "will there be any vegetarian options?". Recently, I get the question, "will there be any vegan options" more frequently. Well this is the perfect recipe to cater for those friend, the Halloumi can be substituted with Tofu or vegan cheese. Although, having said that, nothing beats the original!
